It divides your life into 8 main topics: Career, Family, Health, Info, Mental, People, Spirit, and Wealth. If your life is somewhat more complex, you can add more, or if your philosophy is KISS (Keep It Simple Silly), you can consolidate Career & Wealth into Business, Family & People into Personal, Mental & Spirit into Intellectual, and Health & Info into Physical. The 8 we have chosen encourage balanced goals and promote a healthy & happy life. Each category has 15 common subcategories including Goals (broken into Everday, Vital, Short/Mid/Long term, & Ultimate), Achievements, Bright Ideas, Changes, Edge on Life, Misc, Projects, Rules, Thoughts, & Wisdom. Each also has 8-12 topic specific subcategories including ideas on Money, Longevity, Travel, Dating, Jokes, Computing, Learning, Dreams, Mentoring, Psychology, and Sex. Installing Organize 1) Create a \PIM directory 2) Copy *.PIM into \PIM 3) Copy ORGANIZE.ALS into \APP 4) Copy ORGANIZE.WRT into \WDR 5) Press Psion-I from System & choose ORGANIZE.ALS 6) Topics will appear on System under the Tree of Life Running Organize Organize does not actually have any running components. It uses 8 Word files taking advantage of Word's Outline mode. When you first open a topic, press the Diamond key to see an overview of subcategories. Move the cursor to the item you are interested in and press Diamond to expand it. From here, you can enter your thoughts, set down your dreams, & put your ideas to paper (metaphorically-speaking). We recommend printing the outline of subcategories for each topic. Press Psion-Y to choose your printer. Subcategories use the Header A style. Your entries use the Body Text style. Once you become familiar with how styles work, you can turn off the Style bar in Setup (Psion-Q). You can even create sub-subcategories by assigning the Header B style (Psion-Shift-H, Psion-A). If you installed ORGANIZE.WRT, creating a new topic (Psion-N) will have styles & common subcategories preset. If you ever get an Overflow message, you have written more goals than your Psion can think about at one time & need to split up your file (40K max). Notes You may customize Organize as you like, but it has taken years of thought and effort to create a balanced outine. Share it with a friend, but do not use it for direct commercial gain.
